Technology with Miss Pucciarmati
Hello parents and caregivers!
Wow, half way through the term already! I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by.
It’s been a busy and creative term in Design and Technologies!
Prep, Year 1 and 2, and Year 3 and 4 students are getting into the festive spirit by designing and creating their own Christmas decorations. They’ve been exploring different materials, textures, and joining techniques to bring their designs to life and they can’t wait to share their creations!
Our Year 5 and 6 students have taken on a real world project, preparing for our upcoming Farm Stand Market. Using the produce they grew in Term 3, they’ve been designing packaging, signage, and marketing materials to promote their stall. Students have worked collaboratively to plan, create, and reflect on how their designs meet a community purpose.
Farmstand details:
- Tuesday November 18th 2025 at 2:50pm (as soon as the bell rings). Will be open until we run out!
- Gold coins only as we won’t have change. All proceeds will go to our school charity Mini Vinnies.
A big thank you to Mr Larry Cullen who has helped us build our farmstand and Mr Rob Grehan who supervised our students watering their gardens each morning. As always, thank you to you all for supporting your children's ideas and sending them in with their materials to bring their visions to life.
It’s been wonderful to see so much imagination, teamwork, and problem solving across all year levels this term!
Warm regards,
Miss Lisa Pucciarmati
P-6 Technology Teacher

NDIS:
The following information may be useful for families who would like to learn about NDIS. NDIS is an Australian government program designed to provide needs-based funding and support for families who qualify. NDIS can also support families with children in the Early Years, as their programs are designed to assist children under 7 years old who have a disability or developmental delay. Children do not need a formal diagnosis to receive help and can be referred by health professionals, educators, or directly by families.
